Jackson’s Pie Recipe

“For the past several years I have been bestowed with the honor of making our families pecan pie recipe, lovingly passed down through generations. This cherished dessert has graced our holiday tables for decades, its rich filling of toasted pecans, dark chocolate, and a hint of vanilla capturing the warmth of family gatherings.

Each slice tells a story, evoking memories of laughter and togetherness. With its sweet, nutty flavor, this pecan pie is not just a treat— it’s a tradition that continues to sweeten our lives and bring us closer together.

I hope you enjoy!” – Jackson Brown, Senior Client Relations Associate

Ingredients

Directions

  1. Preheat oven to 375 degrees. Mix together eggs, sugar, corn syrups, butter, rum, vanilla and salt until well blended.
  2. Prick the sides and bottom of the pie shell with a fork at ½-inch intervals.
  3. Spread the pecans and chocolate on the bottom and pour the mixture over them. Bake for 35 to 45 minutes, until just set around the edges but still slightly loose in the center. (It will continue to set as it cools.)
  4. Let cool, serve, and enjoy!
