Makenna plays a critical support role within the Client Relations team. Working closely with Senior Client Relations Specialist Sean Tully, she helps ensure that client service is delivered with consistency, accuracy, and care. Her responsibilities include managing account maintenance paperwork, processing money movement requests, and coordinating a range of administrative tasks that keep client accounts running smoothly.
Makenna began her career at Charles Schwab, where she developed a strong foundation in financial operations and client service. She earned her Bachelor’s degree from the School of Business at Florida Gulf Coast University. Her attention to detail, proactive mindset, and commitment to follow-through make her a reliable resource for both clients and advisors.
She joined GHPIA in January 2025 and is proud to be part of a firm that values precision, trust, and personalized service in every client relationship.
Born in California and raised in Florida, Makenna has found a new rhythm in Colorado. She enjoys reading, pilates, skiing, hiking, and traveling. Her favorite ways to recharge involve the outdoors, quiet mornings, and time with her two cats, Venus and Orion. Family and close friendships are at the center of her life, and she embraces each day with curiosity and gratitude.
