Aidan O’Connor plays a key role in designing and maintaining the firm’s proprietary technology platforms. At GHPIA, we take pride in being unique in the industry by having in-house developers who build and maintain custom systems tailored specifically to our clients’ needs.
Before joining GHPIA in 2024, Aidan spent spent five years as a Software Engineer in the medical oncology space.He holds a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science with a Minor in Technology, Arts & Media from the University of Colorado Boulder.
At GHPIA, Aidan focuses on adding new features to internal tools. He collaborates with our team to automate workflows, improve platform efficiency, and ensure that client-facing teams can spend more time focused on service and planning. His ability to adapt quickly and deploy features directly into production sets GHPIA apart from firms that rely solely on third-party software.
Originally from the suburbs of Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania, Aidan now enjoys everything Colorado has to offer. In his free time, he can be found skiing, golfing, or playing the banjo and guitar. He also has a passion for stand-up comedy and film, bringing creativity and curiosity to every part of life.
